All orders of items in stock will be sent via UPS or USPS Ground and should take 2 - 9 days for delivery. Orders will be processed by our store within 24 - 48 hours, depending on stock availability.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Our standard policy is no refunds after purchases. For returns that are damaged, we usually accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. There will be a 20% per item restocking fee for returns that are not due to our company's error. There are absolutely no refunds on items that are back-ordered because payment are submitted to our distributors when items are ordered.
Customers must contact us before making any returns, by email, phone and/or fax. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Harambee Books & Artworks within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price, minus a 20% restocking fee of each item returned that is not a result of our error. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item that was defective when mailed to you, etc.). We will only refund the cost of the item that is damaged after shipping, and not for the return shipping fees.
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.) Any item not returned in the condition it was received will not receive a refund.
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Take the package to a post office or shipping center.
If you returned an item due to our error, or only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the total shipment fee.
Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price. Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price. Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
